- Shipping is free for purchases $50 or more. The standard shipping rate applies to all purchases under $50
- Insurance is not included in our free shipping. If you would like insurance added to your shipment, please notify us via email immediately after placing your order. Note: We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments
- We hope to ship all domestic orders orders within 3-5 business days of purchase date for standard shipping. For expedited and priority shipping orders will ship the following business day.
- Shipping times may be longer during high volume sales and events. You will receive an email when your order ships.
- Sales Tax- corresponding sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to California and New York as required by law.
Note: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping.
We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. My Berry Bow is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Reshipping of packages returned to My Berry Bow due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's’ cost and include a $3.00 restocking fee per item.
Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down on our end. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn, unwashed product, within 30 days of purchasing.
- Items can be returned for an exchange or store credit of the purchase price of the item (shipping is not included in exchange or store credit.)
- All sale items are final

Altering an Order
Please be sure you are checking out with the correct items as we are not be able to alter an order once it has been shipped. If you notice a discrepancy on your order please email us within ONE hour of the release time (we cannot guarantee that we will be able to intervene before processing, but we will do our best!). We are not able to cancel an order once processing has begun.
All Sales on Gift Cards are FINAL. These orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Please inspect items carefully upon receipt.
We strive to send perfection but every once in awhile a damaged item slips through the cracks. We stand behind the products we sell 100% and are happy to offer store credit for those items that are returned back to us unwashed and unworn.
You MUST contact us within 15 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a damaged item. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt. Damaged items must be returned to us to initiate your claim. We do not offer exchange, refund, credit or otherwise on purchases over 30 days, or items that have been washed or worn.
Please know that if we are out of stock an exchange is not always possible so you can exchange for a similar item or receive store credit.
